Charges per week (7 nights) - inclusive for up to eight people + infant.
Many villa web site prices do not include Florida sales tax. Our prices INCLUDE solar heating for pool and 13% Florida sales taxes.

HIGH SEASON 2012
31 March – 13 April '12;
1 July – 31 August '12;
15 December – 1 January '13;
(Minimum 2 weeks Easter & Christmas/New Year);
£529 per week
One cot, small buggy and high chair are provided, free of charge.
Extra days booked over 7 are charged at a proportionate part of the weekly rate.
Rates are available on request if booking for less than 7 nights.

Prices are current and are correct at time of printing, but may be subject to alteration. However, no price change will occur after your deposit has been received and your booking dates confirmed. A bank status report is available on request confirming our financial standing and integrity.
